* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Michele Brown
Michele K. "Shelly" Brown, age 58 of St. Marys, passed January 11, 2024 at home.
She was born October 11, 1965, in St. Marys, Ohio to Ralph B. and Sharyn Kaye Hawkey Young. Her father preceded her passing on November 27, 2009 and her mother survives in St. Marys. She is survived by her devoted husband, Troy D. Seehase, with whom she eloped and shared a lifetime of love.
Shelly graduated in 1984 from St. Marys Memorial High School and received her associate degree from Wright State University. She cherished every moment with her family and took great pride in being a Nana. Known for her vibrant personality, Shelly was a life-loving social butterfly who lived life on her own terms. One of Shelly's greatest joys was decorating for the holidays. Her home was a haven of warmth and festivity during these seasons, creating lasting memories for her family and friends. She will be remembered for her contagious spirit, unwavering love, and the indelible mark she left on the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to share in her life.
Shelly leaves behind a legacy of love through her two sons, whom she was extremely proud of, and three grandchildren. Her sons are Eric T. (Kristi) Brown of Los Angeles, Calif. and Nicholas Y. 'Nico' (Mallory) Brown of St. Marys; three grandchildren: Dylan Brown and Nika Brown, both of Los Angeles, and Amelia Brown of St. Marys; sister Sandy (Sukhwinder) Singh of Sidney; niece Kayla Cook and nephew Bryan Cook.
The family received friends Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. Her final resting place will be in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
