* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Girls look up in awe as they perform "Helpless" from "Hamilton" during a dress rehearsal for Parkway High School's "The Fourth One: A Cabaret Show" on Monday evening. Performances are 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. on Sunday in the Parkway High School auditorium. Tickets, available at the door, are $8 for adults and $6 for students. Children ages 8 and under get in free of charge.
