* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Bollinger
Robert William Bollinger, also known as Bob, passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 66 in Dublin, Ohio.
He was born on July 22, 1957, in Celina, Ohio. Bob was a devoted husband to his wife Debra and a loving father to his children, Adam, Amy McClure (Nathan), and Scott.
He is also survived by his sister Cheryl Stoner (Jim- deceased) and brother Craig (Becky).
Bob was preceded in death by his father William in 2016 and his mother Martha in 2022.
Bob attended Celina High School, graduating in the class of 1975. He furthered his education at Wright State University, where he graduated in the class of 1979. Bob began his career at Wendy's International, where he worked as an accountant for over 20 years. Outside of work, Bob had a passion for sports, particularly the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Reds. He enjoyed watching classic movies and TV shows. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his family. Bob cherished the moments he spent with his loved ones and found comfort and happiness in the warmth of his home. Bob was a member of Journey Community Church in Plain City, where he found solace in his faith.
Visitation will be held at the Ferguson Funeral Home 202 East Main Street Plain City, Ohio 43064 on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 6pm to 8pm.
A memorial service to celebrate Bob's life will take place at Ferguson Funeral Home on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Plain City Journey Community Church or the James Cancer Hospital in Bob's memory.
