* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Peggy Felver
Peggy Ann Felver, age 51, of Celina, who was a resident at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Shane Hill in Rockford for several years, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
She was born November 22, 1971, in Celina. Peggy's mother, Ruth E. (Shearer) Felver preceded her in death in 2009.
Her father, Ronald D. Felver, Sr., survives in Celina. Also surviving are her two brothers and a sister-in-law: Ronald D. Jr. & Penny Felver and Randy Felver of Celina, a nephew, Ben Felver, and a niece and her family: Tabitha & Sean Ryan, Greyson and Gavin.
Peggy was preceded in death earlier this year by her step-mother, Lois June (Marsee) Felver.
A 1989 graduate of Celina High School, Peggy had worked at the former Marsh Supermarket in Van Wert. Favorite activities were shopping and playing BINGO. Peggy was a fan of the New York Giants and the Yankees.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, September 15, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Randy Christian, officiating. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling Hours are from 4:00 - 6:00 PM Thursday, September 14, and an hour prior to services on Friday, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
