* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Judith Giffin
Judith Yingling Giffin, age 87 of Cridersville and formerly of Lima, passed at 2:00 a.m., Friday, July 14, 2023 at Otterbein-Cridersville Retirement Community.
She was born July 8, 1936 in Lima, Ohio to the late Dr. Walter E. and Helene Gardner Yingling. On January 31, 1958 she married William Giffin, who survives in Lima.
Mrs. Giffin retired as a teacher from Rhodes State College and was a member of the South Side Christian Church in Lima. She was a long time member of the Lima Area Concert Band and enjoyed playing the saxophone. Judy enjoyed being outside in her flower garden.
Also surviving are 2 sons - William (Elizabeth) Giffin of Dayton and Mark (Kimberly) Giffin of Lima; 6 grandchildren - William (Linnea) Giffin, David Giffin, Rachel (Nathan) Adkins, Kathleen Giffin, Alison Giffin, and Harrison Giffin; and a sister - Nancy Hoerner of Lima.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
