* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Steve Wenning
Steve Wenning, age 73, of Sidney, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at Kettering Medical Center. He was born on May 18, 1950, in Celina, Ohio, the son of Paul and Norma (Evers) Wenning.
Steve is survived by his loving family, wife Kim (Brown) Wenning, daughter, Anna (Ryan) Montgomery, twin grandsons, Colton and Tucker, and a brother, Charlie (Carol) Wenning.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two nephews (Ben Wenning and Matt Wenning), and a grandnephew (Calob Wenning).
Steve retired from Emerson/Copeland after forty years of dedicated service. While there he worked various roles including installing machinery into plants both domestically and internationally. He served as a board member of Pioneer Electric and alongside his wife, Kim, he coached the Lehman Science Olympiad team, was a lifetime member of the Coldwater Eagles, and was a member of Knights of Columbus.
He enjoyed fishing at Lake Erie and the Gulf of Mexico. He loved corvettes & Nascar and there was no project he couldn't tackle and fix. Most of all Steve loved spending time with his grandsons and his family. He will be missed by all who love him.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church, with Fr. Jarrod Kohn, Celebrant. Visitation will be on Sunday, July 16, 2023, 3-5:00 PM and again on Monday, July 17, 2023, 9:15-10:15 AM at the Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.
