* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hannah Gehret
Hannah Marie Gehret, age 20, of Versailles, passed away Thursday evening, June 22, 2023, from injuries of an automobile accident at the intersection of Versailles-Yorkshire Road and Bulcher Road, near Versailles, Ohio.
She was born July 28, 2002, in Sidney, Ohio, to Robert & Patricia (Smith) Gehret who survive. Also surviving is one brother, Wesley Robert Gehret of Versailles; grandparents, Virginia (Bergman) Smith and Mary Ann (Broering) & Louis Grieshop, all of Versailles, as well as numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert Smith and Vernon Gehret.
Hannah was a 2021 graduate of Versailles High School and a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Osgood. She would have soon completed Paralegal studies at Kent State University where she was an honor student and had been active in their Para Legal professional clubs. She was also serving an internship at Rudnick, Hosek & Pendl Ltd. in Greenville. In her leisure, Hannah enjoyed cross-stitching, embroidery and caring for her loyal pets. She was a faith filled person, passionate about reading, especially the Bible. She read scripture often, enjoyed journaling and participating in campus Bible study groups.
In keeping with the directives of her own last will and testament, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Nicholas Church in Osgood with Rev. Stephen Jones presiding followed by interment at St. Martin Cemetery.
Calling hours are also by invitation.
In Hannah's memory, memorials may be made to charities of choice.
