* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kimberly Highley
Kimberly "Kim" F. Highley, 66 of Celina, Ohio, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
She was born April 17, 1957 in Celina to Paul W. and Joanne M. (Craft) Highley.
Survivors include her mother, Joanne Highley, St. Marys; a sister, Marcia Highley, Pennville, Indiana; three brothers, Larry Highley, Coldwater, Dave (Judy) Highley, St. Marys and Bevan Highley, Celina; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Paul W. Highley.
Kim was a 1976 graduate of Parkway High School, Rockford. She most recently worked at Divine Nursing and Rehab at Shane Hill in Rockford. She attended Fairview Church in Celina. She enjoyed camping, spending time with her family, and watching classic westerns and Christmas movies. She was a loving daughter, sister and aunt and will be deeply missed by all.
Visitation hours will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Friday, May 5, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Pastor Bob Sweeney officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30 am - 10:00 am prior to the service. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
