* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Rosemary Kaiser
Rosemary B. Kaiser, age 85, of Coldwater, died Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born July 13, 1937 in St. Peter, to the late Henry & Rose (Schuh) Grieshop. On October 19, 1957 in St. Peter (Fort Recovery), Ohio, she married Herbert L. Kaiser and he died January 28, 2021.
She is survived by children, Linda (Don) Kahlig of Ft. Recovery, Randy (Sandy) Kaiser of Coldwater, Jim (Karen) Kaiser of Centerville, Ron (Deb) Kaiser, Mike (Carol) Kaiser and Tony (Heather) Kaiser all of Coldwater; 26 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren; siblings and in-laws, Jeanette Grieshop, Louis (Charlene) Grieshop all of Ft. Recovery and Herbert (Janice) Grieshop of Celina and Marcella Hemmelgarn of Coldwater.
She was also preceded in death by a son Gerard; siblings and in-laws, Jerry (Norma) Grieshop, Martha (Cletus) Dues, Dennis (Doris) Grieshop, Catherine Grieshop, Maurice Grieshop, Ruth (Fred) Wilker, Laura (Ralph) Langenkamp, John (Dorothy) Grieshop, Stella (Lawrence) Broering, Leo (Alma) Kaiser, Luetta (John) Reichert, Edward (Dorotha) Kaiser, Bernard (Mary) Kaiser, Richard Hemmelgarn, Joseph (Adella Mae) Kaiser, Richard (Eileen Schmitz) Kaiser, and Rosella 'Toots' (Walt Hierholzer & Wally Moorman).
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, sang in the church choir and was a member of the St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality. Rosemary a was very loving, devout and religious wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed doing anything with her family, especially fishing and playing cards. She also loved baking, gardening and tending to her flowers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 pm on Wednesday and 9 to 10 am Thursday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the Mercer County Right to Life.
