* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gina Stoops
Gina L. (Mueller) Stoops, age 37, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN.
She was born August 27, 1985 in Coldwater, OH.
Gina is survived by her husband, Josh Stoops of Decatur, IN.; her parents Bill and Nancy Mueller of St. Henry, OH: siblings: Steve (Sharon) Mueller of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Sherri (Eric) Thobe of Minster, OH, and Mandi Mueller of Middletown, OH; parents-in-law David and Debra Stoops of Fort Wayne, IN; brother-in-law Steven (Alisa) Stoops, of Louisville, KY, sister-in-law Megan (Chris) McDowd of Auburn, IN: nieces and nephews Juliette Mueller, Adam Mueller, Karsen, Hayden, and Max Thobe, Natalie and Naomi McDowd, Luke and Emmett Stoops.
Gina was a graduate of St. Henry High School and attended Edison State, Franklin University, and Wright State University with degrees in Business Administration and Nursing. She was the Director of Nursing, with specialized training in heart, oncology, wound care, and IV team. She started her career in the health care field while in high school. Gina was known for her compassion, empathy and loving care towards her patients. On December 10, 2022 her dreams came true when she married the love of her life, Josh Stoops. Maggie, Scarlet, and Sophie, the three dogs, and Gertie, the cat, enriched Josh and Gina's lives with great memories.
There will be a celebration of her life at 3:00 pm, Sunday, April 16th at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., Ft. Wayne, IN.
Friends and family may call from 3:00 - 7:00 pm on Saturday, April 15th and from 1:00 -3:00 pm on Sunday, April 16th.
