Michele Hudson
Michele Lynn Hudson, age 44, of Troy, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit in Troy.
She was born in Coldwater, OH, to William L. Doenges of Maria Stein, OH and the late Edith C. (Schwieterman) Doenges.
In addition to her father and step-mother, Ellen (Evers) Doenges, Michele is survived by her husband of 14 years: James L. Hudson; three children: Catherine, Heidi and Gabriel; siblings: Jennifer (Chad) Davis, Kevin (Cecelia) Doenges and Jonathan (Jackie) Doenges, all of Columbus, OH, Louis (Molly) Doenges of North Canton, OH and Robert (Jason) Doenges of Indianapolis, IN; step-siblings: Julie (Adam) Linson of Sidney, OH, Lisa (Adam) Topp of New Bremen, OH, Sara (Aaron) Schmitmeyer of Russia, OH, Mark Evers of Anna, OH and Stacy Evers of Boston, MA; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family; and sister-in-law: Sherri Hudson and close friend: Deanna Hartley for all their support and care.
Michele was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School in St. Marys, OH, Modern College of Design and Edison State College, in Early Childhood Education. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Troy, where she was involved in every aspect of the church. Michele was a preschool teacher at St. Patrick Catholic School in Troy. She was very instrumental in her children's activities, including soccer, band and 4-H in Miami County. Michele was also a volleyball coach at St. Patrick Catholic School.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Troy.
Private interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys, OH. Family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 PM on Friday and 9:00-10:00 AM on Saturday at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
