* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Stachler
Robert "Bob" L. Stachler, 84, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima.
He was born May 21, 1938 in Celina to the late Paul E. and Clara A. (Dickerson) Stachler. On November 27, 1959 he married Joyce (Ladner) Stachler and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his children, Cassandra (Howard) Yates, Georgetown, Texas and Christopher R. (Kimberly M.) Stachler, Celina; two brothers, Ronald (Janet) Stachler, Celina and Ted (Ellen) Stachler, Celina; two sisters, Karen Sue (Barry) Rolfes, Celina and Jane (Bill) Rye, St. Marys; five grandchildren, Callie (Bryan) Eubanks, Tyler, Texas, Taylor Counterman, St. Marys, Cody (Amanda) Stachler, Piqua, Ohio, Cahleb (Tyesha) Stachler, Peru, Indiana and Clinton (Rachel) Stachler, Celina; and six great grandchildren, Ariella, Caiden, Zeke, Thaxton, Brylie and Zarha.
Bob is also preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and John Stachler.
He was a 1956 graduate of Celina High School. He retired after owning and operating Stachler Construction; where he specialized in building new homes, remodels and light commercial. Bob and his wife Joyce loved their 63 years together and enjoyed spending time with their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends. He will be deeply missed by them all.
Memorial services will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, February 6, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm prior to the services at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
