* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joseph Luthman
Joseph P. Luthman "Joe," 68, of Custar, Ohio passed away on January 26, 2023.
He was born on July 3, 1954 to the Late Henry and Viola (Pleiman) Luthman in Coldwater, Ohio. He married Dorothy (Flick) Luthman on June 27, 1975 and she survives him.
Joe is also survived by his children: Michelle Luthman (Chad Goins) and Paul (Angela) Luthman; grandchild, Hailey Johnson; siblings: Mike (Kathy) Higgins - Luthman; Sister Ruth Luthman and Don (Karen) Luthman. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son John; and sister Catherine.
Joe worked for BGSU at a number of positions, last as a database administrator. He was at the University for 30 years retiring in 2009. He coached the Bowling Green High School girl tennis team and was an avid tennis player himself. He loved music and played several instruments. Joe was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Custar. He will be dearly missed.
Contributions in Joe's honor may be gifted to The American Heart Association.
Visitation of Joe will be held on Thursday February 2, 2023 from 1:00 pm until the time of his funeral service at 4:00 pm at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home, 1460 W. Wooster Street, Bowling Green.
The family will be having a private burial service.
