Miracle on Spring Street in St. Marys

Emily Jackson of Celina sings Christmas carols outside of The Hair Place. Shoppers crowded St. Marys Saturday for the Miracle on Spring Street. Merchants were there to greet them with candy, cookies, crafts and carols.
