* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Steiner
Robert Dale "Buddy" Steiner, 75, of St. Marys, died 7:15 A.M. Saturday, November 26, 2022.
He was born April 14, 1949, in Lima, the son of Robert and V. Wain (Bodkin) Steiner.
Buddy was a member of the 1967 graduating class of St. Marys Memorial High School. He worked at various places, but mainly at Classic Delight in St. Marys. He was an avid professional sports fan, mainly NBA basketball, NFL football, and MLB baseball. He had an extensive sports trading card collection that dates back to the 1950's, 60's and 70's. Buddy had an excellent memory for sports facts, players and teams. His recollection of trivia also extended into movies and movie stars from the 1930's to the 1960's; and family members and dates.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by an aunt and uncle, Kermit and Dale (Bodkin) Katterheinrich.
He is survived by a sister, Dee Dee ((Lynn) Persinger; a cousin L.R. "Dick" Katterheinrich of Sylvania, Ohio; nieces Wendy (Mark) Knous; Angela (Randy Solly) Youngs; Marcy (Greg) Keith.
Funeral rites will be held 12:00 noon Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral services on Wednesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts, in lieu of flowers, can be given to Grand Lake Hospice.
