* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Thien
Thomas E. Thien, Sr., age 72 of Celina, Ohio, died on Friday, November 11, 2022 at Miller Place, Celina, Ohio.
He was born on February 16, 1950 in Celina, Ohio to the late Frederick & Anna Lou (Garmann) Thien.
He is survived by a daughter: Tami & Joe Willeke, Belle Center, Ohio, and a son: Timothy & Theresa Thien, Minster, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, brothers & sisters: Fred Thien, West Virginia, Ron Thien, Dayton, Richard Thien, Minster, Patricia Morris, Hobe Sound, FL, Nancy & Alan Winner, Osgood, and Mary McCullough, Sidney.
He was preceded in death by a son Thomas Thien, Jr., brother: Robert Thien, in-laws Steve Morris and Harold McCullough.
Tom was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam War and a member of St. Marys VFW and American Legion, Celina Moose, and the St. Marys Eagles.
Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster with burial with full military honors to follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Wednesday, November 16 from 4 to 7 PM and from 9 to 10:00 AM on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The National League of POW/MIA Families.
