* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Goodwin
Thomas A. Goodwin, age 57, of Minster, died on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 7:30 A.M. at the Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.
He was born on September 9, 1965 in St. Marys, the son of the late Leonard A. Goodwin and Gloria I.M. (Quellhorst) Goodwin.
Survivors include his siblings: Bradley (Jeannine) Goodwin of St. Marys, David (Teresa) Goodwin of New Bremen, Kimberly Egbert of New Bremen, and Kevin (Tracy) Goodwin of Troy along with a number of nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister and brother in-law Debora and Billy Boyd, Jr.
Tommy was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen. He had attended the former Auglaize School, and also socialized in the workshop at Auglaize Industries for many years. He enjoyed watching sports on television, especially football and basketball. He was known as the king of Heritage Care Center in Minster, where he had resided since 1989.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen with Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Interment will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling hours will be held prior to the services on Saturday from 9:30 until 11:00 A.M.
