David M. Affolder, 73, Geneva, Indiana, died Aug. 6, 2022, at Fort Wayne VA Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
A celebration of life will be held from 2-6 p.m. Oct. 29 at 1846 St. Peter Rd., Fort Recovery.
