* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Luella Siebert
Luella Siebert, age 103, of Celina, passed away on Sunday morning, September 11, 2022 at Otterbein St. Marys Senior Life Community.
She was born March 27, 1919 in Hopewell Township to the late Wilmer and Minnie (Krogman) Hoenie. On January 17, 1948 she married Lloyd Siebert and he preceded her in death on May 22, 2004.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Dwayne (Ruth) Hoenie, Celina, Shirley (Lyle) Kittle, Celina, Mark (Karen) Hoenie, Rockford, Linda (Steven) Siebert, Celina, Susan Merkle, Ohio City, Tom (Beth) Hoenie, Celina and Joann (Kim) Plattner, Celina. She was also preceded in death by her brother and sister in-law, George and Norma Hoenie.
Luella was a 1936 graduate of Celina High School and Fort Wayne Business College. She retired as a secretary from New Idea in Coldwater after 45 years of service. During that time she serviced on the board of directors at the New Idea Credit Union. She was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating. Family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Burial will follow at Buck Cemetery in Celina.
