Livestock champions sell at auction

The grand champion market beef steer shown by Mercer County Junior Cattlemen Association member Avery Knapke, daughter of Chad and Andrea Knapke, sold for $3,350 to a group including Homestead Quality Bedding, Overman Trucking LLC, Hull Bros, Farmer Merchant, State Bank,, Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Knapke Cattle LLC, Eiting Real Estate LLC, A1 Ag Services, K&L Tractor Sales, Kenn-Feld Group, The St. Henry Tile Co., Coopers Farms, Burtch Seeds Company, Celina Animal Hospital, N Siefring Farms & Trucking, Wabash Valley Electric, Snyder Livestock and Seth & Amanda Kohnen.
