CELINA - The 2021 football season was a learning experience for the Celina Bulldogs.
The squad allowed at least 20 points per game last season and only managed to reach 21 points twice last season in going 1-9 and 1-8 in the Western Buckeye League.
COLDWATER - It may sound like a broken record, but Coldwater will look to reload spots left open by graduation and then make another playoff run.
The Cavaliers went 13-3 last season and reached the Division VI state title game, losing to a tough Carey squad in Canton last December.
FORT RECOVERY - The Fort Recovery football team boasts enviable continuity heading into the 2022 season - with one glaring exception.

NEW BREMEN - With a nucleus of 10 returning letterwinners, New Bremen will look to once again contend near the top of the always-tough Midwest Athletic Conference.
ROCKFORD - Despite a 1-9 season in 2021, Parkway hopes to make a major leap in 2022.

CELINA - After running the table in the Western Buckeye League last season, Celina volleyball coach Phil Bange has high expectations for his Bulldogs squad this season.
COLDWATER - Although there is experience coming back, this season will be different for the Coldwater volleyball team.
Due to injuries and low numbers in the younger grades, the Cavaliers will play just a varsity schedule this season.
FORT RECOVERY - In the 2021 district final, Fort Recovery was up two sets to none on eventual state runner-up St. Henry before the Redskins ran off three straight wins to bring the Indians' season to an end.
MARIA STEIN - The 2021 volleyball season was a challenging one for Marion Local. The Flyers went 2-7 in MAC play and 8-17 overall before falling to eventual state runner-up St. Henry in the Division IV Van Wert district semifinals.
MINSTER - Last season, the Minster volleyball squad finished the fall campaign with a 10-15 overall record and went 1-8 in the Midwest Athletic Confe
NEW BREMEN - For the past six years, New Bremen's volleyball season has either ended with a state championship (2017, 2019), or a loss to the eventual state champion.
NEW KNOXVILLE - The majority of the girls on this year's New Knoxville volleyball roster were cheering from the sideline or stands as their school mates won the program its first-ever state volleyball title last fall.
ROCKFORD - In 2021, the Parkway volleyball team went 17-8, but only mustered a 3-6 record in the Midwest Athletic Conference, stuck behind highly-ranked New Bremen and Coldwater and state title game foes New Knoxville and St. Henry.
ST. HENRY - Last year, the St. Henry volleyball team went from a fourth-place finish in the Midwest Athletic Conference to a run to the title game, with high-wire escapes against MAC rivals in the district before New Knoxville stopped the Redskins one win short of a championship.
ST. MARYS - Coming off a 9-16 campaign and a 4-5 mark in the Western Buckeye League, the St. Marys volleyball team returns seven starters and looks to take a step forward in 2022.
