* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Annette Franck
Annette Franck, 74, of rural Celina, OH died 9:19 a.m. Saturday August 6, 2022 at her residence.
She was born November 5, 1947 in a coal company camp house near Hazard, KY to Ernest and Gladys (Neace) Creech.
She is survived by:  her loving husband Maurice Franck; children: Felicia (Robert), Devin (Brittney), Andy (Mandy), Alan (Kait); grandchildren: Olivia, Serenity, Drew, Audrey, Etta, Fern, Mak; siblings: Loretta, Connie, Oneda, Charlene, Debra, Larry, Terry, Ernest.
Preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Gladys Creech; sister Dianna.
She was a graduate of Rhodes State College and Wright State University. She earned degrees in both business and nursing. A registered nurse, she had worked as a supervisor for Mercer Health - Community Hospital in Coldwater, OH. She enjoyed rooting for the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon on Saturday August 13, 2022 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Private family burial will take place at the North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Visitation after 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
