* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Evelyn Clutter
Evelyn D. Clutter, age 91, of Celina, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at the Gardens of Celina.
She was born October 13, 1930 in Celina to the late William "Bill" H. and Pearl L. (Lawson) Anderson. On February 26, 1949 she married Raymond Clutter and he survives in Celina.
Other survivors include a daughter, Ann (Robert) Scholz, Waukesha, Wisconsin; two sons, Jay (Debbie) Clutter, Wapakoneta and Pastor Tim (Rita) Clutter, Celina; many nieces and nephews; five grandchildren, Laura Scholz, Amy Scholz, Stacy (Ryan) Gillette, Brian (Jill) Clutter and Adam (Staci) Clutter; and six great grandchildren.
Evelyn is also preceded in death by three brothers, James, Donald and Richard Anderson; and two sisters, Dessie Stephenson and Dorothy Shively.
She was a 1948 graduate of Celina High School. She retired from Huffy Bicycle Corporation in Celina after 28 years of service. She was an active member of Mt. Tabor Church of God in Celina and had a strong faith in the Lord. Her greatest joy was her family and spending time with them.
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Darwin Dunten officiating; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Memorial contributions can be made to Mt. Tabor Church of God.
