* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Miller
Robert Lee Miller, the "King of Coldwater Beach," left us on Sunday June 12th, 2022 to be reunited with Nancy his "Queen" love of his life who he has missed dearly since her passing 10 years ago on June 11th 2012.
Robert "Bob" to most and sometimes "Doctor Bob" to others was 76 and resided Celina OH.
He was a proud member of the Moose Lodge in Celina, OH and the Lake Improvement Association. He was a 1964 graduate of Patterson Co-Op High School in Dayton and formerly worked at Progressive Printers, Inc. in Dayton. Robert also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1965-1971 and was Honorably Discharged as a Lance Corporal.
He was born in Dayton, OH to the late James Alvin & Mary Louise (Richman) Miller. On May 20, 1966 he married Nancy Jill (Smith) Miller.
Bob is survived by his three children, Robert Scott & Lori Miller of Tipp City, OH, Michael Chad & Bonita Miller of Beavercreek, OH and Cherish Lynn & Rodney Hartings of Montezuma, OH, seven grandchildren, Abigail, Gabriella, Zoe, Zandra, Zeric, Amy, Tyler, Amber, and Sarah a brother, James (Jim) & Sue Miller of Deerfield Beach, FL and his in-laws Robert George (deceased) & Linda Smith of San Marcos, TX, Michael (deceased) & Donna Smith of Piqua, OH, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bob leaves behind a very strong legacy with his family and friends! "Be like Bob" help others as often as humanly possible, smile & laugh often, love unconditionally, be a good human, always put your family first, watch your speed & your wake, continue to share your knowledge, lead by example, and have a spirit or two with loved ones!! Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at the Celina Moose August 6th from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. His family encourages you to add a memory to the online guest book.
