* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mitchell Hoying
Mitchell Paul Hoying, age 55, in Lewistown, Ohio, was found to have passed away of natural causes at his residence Tuesday morning, February 8, 2022.
He was born February 5, 1967, in St. Marys, Ohio to the late Ludwig & Theckla (Hoelscher) Hoying.
He is survived by one daughter, Hillary Hoying of Covington; three brothers, Doug & Carol Hoying of Anna, Scott & Marge Hoying of Botkins and Eric & Kym Hoying of Fort Loramie along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mr. Hoying was a 1985 graduate of Fort Loramie High School. He went on to Ohio Northern University in Ada to complete Registered Pharmacist accreditation before graduating in 1990. Mitch had been a pharmacist at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine for nearly 20 years. He was a member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He also belonged to the Indian Lake Moose Lodge 1533, Pheasants Forever, Ohio Ducks Unlimited and a local Brewery Mug Club. In his leisure, Mitch enjoyed hunting, fishing and hobby farming where he specialized in Pheasants Forever conservation. He also enjoyed traveling, especially visiting craft beer breweries across the state of Ohio.
Mass of Christian a will be celebrated 10:30 AM, Monday, February 14, 2022, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in McCartyville with Rev. Stephen Mondiek presiding. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie and Monday 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the church gathering room.
Memorials may be made to charities of choice.
