* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Cron
Robert J. "Bob" Cron, age 74 of Ft. Recovery, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at the Gardens at Celina.
He was born on Dec. 22, 1946 in Celina, Ohio to the late F. J. and Lucille K. (Buehler) Cron. In 1977 he met the love of his life Gay L. Garman, who died on Feb. 28, 2020.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Barbara (Tom) Bueltel of Clayton, brother and sister-in-law Charles (Nancy) Cron of St. Marys, several Nieces and Nephews and several close friends. He was also survived by his in-laws Hunter (Lora) Garman of Albany, IN, Dusty Garman of Findlay and Nina (Max) Hamrick of Willshire.
Bob graduated from St. Henry High School with the Class of 1964. He then proudly served his country, in the United States Army, during the Vietnam War from 1966 until 1968. He owned and operated the Cron Construction Company in Ft. Recovery and retired in 2011.
He was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church in St. Henry. He was a member of the Democratic Party and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1473 of Celina.
Bob was a true outdoorsman and very involved in the Restoration of Rivers Project in Ohio and an advocate of the Ohio Wetlands Project. He enjoyed Fishing, Hunting and Camping.
A Catholic Prayer service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Henry Catholic Cemetery.   Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Friday and an hour before services on Saturday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
