* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Powell
Richard "Dick" A. Powell, age 75, of Celina, passed away at Gardens at Celina, on November 23, 2021 at 9:47 pm.
He was born December 3, 1945 in Celina to the late Richard and Ruth (Monroe) Powell. On April 3, 1987 he married Darlene (Lange) Powell and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his children, Mike Miller, Celina and Dr. Sarah (Ryan) Fennig, Coldwater; a sister, Janet (Denny) Sakada, South Carolina and three granddaughters, Addison, Elyse and Amelia.
Dick was a 1963 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He owned and operated Dick Powell Trucking for 58 years and was very proud to pass his business over to his son Mike. He enjoyed hunting, watching IU basketball and spending time with his family.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 10:30 am at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Pastor Rick Brosher officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 am - 10:30 am at the funeral home Wednesday morning. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, Ohio.
