* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Joyce Howe
Joyce Ann Howe, 79, of New Knoxville, Ohio, died 12:47 P.M. Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Saint Ritas Medical Center, Lima, following a brief illness.
She was born April 13, 1942, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Donald and Naomi (Prueter) Howe.
She is survived by her siblings: Thomas (Sally) Howe of Troy, Ohio; Ned Howe of New Knoxville; Ted Howe of New Knoxville; by her sisters-in-law, Sondra Howe of Xenia and Marilyn Howe of Dayton; by numerous nieces, nephews, and even great-great-great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her loving dog, Christy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her siblings: Larry Howe; Dennis Howe and Danny J. Howe.
Joyce was a 1960 graduate of New Knoxville High School. She spent five years after graduation caring for her younger twin brothers, then went to work at Copeland Corporation in Sidney. She retired after 35 years of service to the company. She was a member of the First Church of New Knoxville, where she had served as a Kindergarten teacher in the Sunday School Department for many years. She enjoyed quilting, needlepoint and sewing work, and also solving word find puzzles. She loved attending New Knoxville Rangers sporting events and was a member of American Legion Post 444 Auxiliary. Recently, she has enjoyed chatting with high school classmates online.
Funeral rites will be held 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at the First Church of New Knoxville, the Reverend Joel Bucklin, officiant. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. Monday in the Ministry Center of the First Church of Christ, where memorial gifts may be given to the Sunday School Department of the Church.
