Larry Hickman, 77, of St. Marys Twp. in Auglaize Co., OH died at 11:40 a.m. Monday November 8, 2021 at his residence.

He was born August 8, 1944 in Richmond, IN to Theodore and Rose (Wallen) Hickman.

He is survived by: son Mark Hickman of St. Marys, OH; 2 grandchildren: Mark Hickman, Jr. and T.J. Hickman; friend and caregiver Princess Adams of St. Marys

Preceded in death by his parents.

He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1965). He worked for 17 years at Clark Equipment Corp. in Lima, OH, and served as the proprietor of the Villa Nova Trailer Court in St. Marys Twp. While growing up, he assisted his parents in the operation of the Villa View Inn Restaurant, near Grand Lake St. Marys. A classic car enthusiast, he meticulously cared for his bright red 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, and was known by many as "the 442 Kid". He also enjoyed listening to music, and maintained a large collection of vinyl albums of music from the 1950's and 1960's.

Rites are scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday November 12, 2021 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Pastor Robert Sweeney will officiate the services.

Visitation 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
