Teresa M. Strukamp, 63, of Rockford passed away on November 4, 2021, surrounded by her family.

She was born on December 17, 1957, in Van Wert, daughter of Virginia (Houser) Strukamp and the late Elmer Strukamp.

Teresa worked as a certified nursing assistant for over 38 years at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford. Teresa was known to always put others first. She was an outstanding care giver and she loved children. Especially, she loved spending time with her many nieces and nephews. Teresa was an excellent seamstress. She enjoyed many crafts, including needlepoint.

In addition to her mother, Teresa is survived by one brother; Kevin (Lynette) Strukamp of Decatur, In, one sister Pam (Randy) Severns of Mendon, Ohio, several nieces and nephews; Chad Strukamp, Billy (Sherri) Black, Alyssa (Cody) Morgan, Cody (Claire) Severns, Ty (LaDana) Hanni, and Rich (Michelle) Hanni, and many great nieces and nephews; Marlee Black-Lampy, Zadyn Morgan, Waylon Morgan, Lincoln Severns, Derek Hanni, Drew Hanni, Dillon Hanni, Austin Hanni, Logan Hanni, Mickela Hanni, Hunter Hanni, Ryann Eckhardt, and Arynn Eckhardt.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father; Elmer Strukamp, one sister; Rita Strukamp, and a great nephew; Kingsley.

Services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, 3750 US-33 Rockford, OH 45882.

Family and friends will be received from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday November 8, 2021 at the funeral home.
