* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Fifer II
Donald E. Fifer II, 63, of Celina, OH died 1:40 a.m. Saturday October 23, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN.
He was born April 16, 1958 in Kalamazoo, MI to Donald E. and Sally K. (East) Fifer.
He is survived by: sister Doloris Kuhn of Celina, OH; Love of his life Diana Hoskins of Celina, OH; 6 nieces: Jennifer, Janelle, Lori, Christina, Katie and Emily; 1 nephew: Randy; Half-sister Nancy Fifer-Buckley of Haverhill, MA; Half-brother Robert Bash of Lewisburg, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Donald and Sally Fifer; brother Doug Fifer; sister Diana Spence.
He was a graduate of Coldwater High School (Class of 1977). Don recently retired from Spring Creek Ready Mix, where he was a driver for over 30 years. His favorite pastimes included fishing, BINGO, and watching and reading classic Western movies and novels. He was a huge fan of the NASCAR circuit.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday October 28, 2021 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home 314 W. High Street in St. Marys, OH.
Visitation 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
