Alice Hinton
Alice A. Hinton, age 92 of Wapakoneta, Ohio passed away on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021 at the Auglaize Acres Nursing Home in Wapakoneta.
She was born on Feb. 23, 1929 in Celina, Ohio to the late Omer and Lydia (Fox) Hinton.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law Floyd (Janet) Hinton of Arizona and several nieces and nephews.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her son, sister and brother-in-law Fairy (Paul) Walker and her brother and sister-in-law Omer Jr. (Jan) Hinton.
She was a formerly employed at the Auglaize Industries in New Bremen, Ohio. Alice was a member of the Wapakoneta Church of the Nazarene, she was also an active member of the Kiwanis Club in Wapakoneta and participated with the activities, at the Auglaize Retirement Services. She enjoyed crocheting and completing puzzles. Alice was a proud and classy woman, proud of her clean house and dressing to the T's with a beautiful scarf.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00a.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Matthew Kirkpatrick officiating. Burial will follow in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Family and friends may call an hour before services at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina on Wednesday.
