* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Lou Hoyng
Mary Lou M. Hoyng, age 94, of Coldwater, died Sunday, September 26, 2021 at the Mercer Health Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born July 1, 1927 in Celina to the late Tillman & Emma (Pottkotter) Hedrick. On June 19, 1948 in Celina she married Donald Hoyng and he preceded her in death in 1991.
She is survived by children and in-laws: Michael & Carla Hoyng of Chesterville, Ohio, Tim & Kathy Hoyng of Coldwater, Karen & Tom Knapke of Celina, Randy & Donna Hoyng of Tipp City, Rodney & Jane Hoyng of Perrysburg, Beth & Dan Rosenbeck of Chickasaw, and Jackie & Craig Rammel of Coldwater; 21 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren and sister-in-law Kate Hedrick of Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Marie Hoyng; brothers, Tom Hedrick, and Jim & LaVonne Hedrick.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, St. Ann's Alter Sodality, and the Knights of St. John. Mary Lou had a passion for many years volunteering at Briarwood Village. She also spent time volunteering at the Mercer County Hospital and the Coldwater Schools cafeteria. She was a supporter of the Silver Sneakers program and was an avid sports fan, notably following the numerous events that involved her grandchildren. Mary Lou was a beloved mother and the matriarch of the large Hoyng family.
  Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am on Thursday September, 30 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater on Wednesday September, 29 from 4 to 8 pm and on Thursday from 9 to 10 am.
Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth cemetery. Condolences may be made at hogenkampfh.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Briarwood Activity Fund.
