* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Everett Moore Jr.
Everett "Junior" Moore Jr., 78, of Fort Recovery, Ohio passed away on August 31, 2021, at Mercer Health in Coldwater, Ohio.
He was born in Beattyville, Kentucky on February 10, 1943, to the late Everett "Baldy" Moore Sr. and Daisey Eudell (Pendergrass) Moore.
In addition to his parents Everett was preceded in death by his brothers, Doug, John and Glenn Moore and a great grandson Kayden Anguiano.
Jr. was a member of the Miracle Missions Church in Union City, Indiana. Jr. loved listening to and playing music. His favorite style of music was "old country". He enjoyed spending time with his family especially if food and laughter were involved.
Jr. is survived by his wife of 53 years, Arlene (Reynolds) Moore whom he married on February 1, 1968; his children, Ruth A. (Max) Gilbert of Fort Recovery, Steve (Rhonda) Moore of Portland, Indiana, Jennifer (Jade) Bechtol of Fort Recovery and Ted "Weasel" Jennings of Salamonia, Indiana; his grandchildren, Nicolas Gilbert, Lucas Gilbert, Sebastian (Misty) Moore-Gilbert, Sheyann Moore, Shawn Bozarth, Shelby Moore, Jordan (Brittany) Bechtol, Jasmine Bechtol, Jurnee (Chad) Schroer and Ashlyn Bechtol; 7 great grandchildren; his siblings, Linda (Roger) Moore, Ray (Lisa) Moore, Shelby Moore, Pauline Vanderpool, Ella Jackson, Ed (Betty) Moore, Stevie (Verda) Moore, Margaret (Ellis) Kendall, Flois (Wayne) Mayse and Mary Shelton; and his sister in law Anita Moore.
A Graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Pastor Steve Smith officiating. Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, is serving Jr.'s family.
