* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Lee Owens
Mary Lee Owens, age 83 of Celina, passed away at 4:40 am on August 13, 2021 at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio.
She was born July 8, 1938 in Somerset, Kentucky to the late Robert and Lela (Stone) Gover. She married Beverly Owens on March 16, 1958 and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include her children, Lee (Cathy) Owens, Celina, Teresa (Kevin) Wendel, St. Marys and Lisa Vachon, Columbus; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Mary is also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Mark Vachon; a brother, Earl Gover; and a sister, June Lazik.
She was a 1956 graduate of Perryville High School in Perryville, Kentucky. She retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber after 30 plus years of service. She loved dogs, sewing, quilting, crocheting, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
