* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marcia Scott
Marcia Marie Davis Stephens Scott passed away on Aug. 9 , 2021, at Parkview Hospice.
She was born in Randolph County, on April 1, 1933, to John A. Davis and Bernice G. (Kimble) Davis. She graduated from Portland High School in 1950 and retired in 1996 from CTS in Berne, Ind., after 30 years.
She married William R. Stephens in 1950 and he preceded her in death in 1952. She was married to William A. Scott from 1955 to 2005.
She is survived by her children, William D. Stephens II (Margaret) of Roanoke, Ind., Sandy J. Wright (Jay), of Reed City, Mich., Bruce A. Scott (Sharon) of Fort Recovery; and Barbara K. Michels (Chuck) of Fort Wayne, Ind.; her sister, Edwina Davis Stroble of Fort Wayne, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Paul F. Davis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2-3 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, west of Fort Recovery.
Donations may be made to Parkview Hospice in lieu of flowers.
