* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Chad Rammel
Chad R. Rammel, age 33, of Celina, passed away during the morning hours of July 31, 2021 from injuries sustained in a car accident.
He was born on August 9, 1987 in Coldwater to Richard "Ralf" Rammel and Brenda (Behm) Weitz. On May 24, 2020, he married Nicole (Mckissack) Rammel who survives at their residence in Celina.
Chad is survived by his loving family; parents: Ralf Rammel and Brenda & Jim Weitz; wife: Nicole Rammel, children: Isaiah Rodriguez, Chase Rammel, Jaelyn Rammel & Liam Rammel; siblings: Josh Highley, Jennifer Hoelscher, Jessica Rammel, Christopher (Amber) Pasada; step-siblings: Jimmy (Lorie Harrod) Weitz, Justin (Kiley) Weitz & Tyler (Chrissy Hall) Weitz; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jamie Rammel.
Chad was a 2005 graduate of Celina High School. He worked as a self-employed CAD Programmer and worked for EDC Machining. Chad loved spending time with his family and friends. He was known as an "outdoorsman" and the "grill master". He truly loved being outdoors; either fishing, camping, kayaking, bicycling, racing RC cars or his most recent interest that included longboarding. Chad also enjoyed computers and building computers. He was taken from this Earth at a young age and will be truly missed by all.
A gathering of family and friends will be on Friday, August 6, 2021, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina.
