* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Hemmelgarn
Rebecca "Becky" A. Hemmelgarn passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at the age of 90.
Rebecca was the beloved wife of the late Eugene Hemmelgarn.
Rebecca is survived by seven children, Debra Dotson, Thomas (Mindy) Hemmelgarn, Jack Hemmelgarn, Ruth Reinhard-Felix, William Hemmelgarn, Stephen Hemmelgarn and Richard (TerriLynn) Hemmelgarn. She was the proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and was a cherished sister to Jane, Freda, Maxine and Junior.
Rebecca was a long-time resident of Fort Recovery, Ohio. She passed away quietly in Columbus after a final bout with cancer.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery.
Rebecca's family will be receiving guests in the church undercroft following the Memorial Mass.
Due to her lifelong involvement with blood mobile programs, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Red Cross.
Her family has entrusted Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home with the funeral arrangements.
