* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wanda Ickes
Wanda Ickes, 83, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Indiana.
  She was born on March 1, 1938, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Kenneth and Mary (Horstman) Rhine.
  In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her siblings, Kenneth (Eleanor) Rhine, Richard Rhine, Walter Rhine, Robert (Jackie) Rhine; her sisters-in-law, Janice Rhine and Fran Rhine; and her brother-in-law, Joseph Snyder.
  Wanda was a homemaker and loved caring for her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed tending to her garden and canning the produce for others to enjoy, as well as making homemade desserts for her family. In her free time, Wanda liked to quilt, sew, and bowl. She was a member of different quilting club over the years and never knew a stranger.
  Wanda is survived by her husband, John Ickes, whom she married on February 18, 1972; her children, Morton (Susan) Pugh of Fort Recovery, Jeffrey (Virginia) Pugh of Fort Recovery, Annette Pugh of Fort Wayne, and Julie Ickes of Orlando, Florida; her grandchildren, Sierra, Rachel, and Mitchell Pugh; her siblings, Paul (Carmella) Rhine, David Rhine, Jerry Rhine, and Rose Snyder; and her sister-in-law, Frances Rhine.
  The family will receive guests on Friday, July 2, 2021, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
  A private family funeral service will take place on Saturday, July 3, 2021, with Mike Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
  Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association, Miami Valley Chapter, 31 W. Whipp Road, Dayton, Ohio 45459.
