* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Haas
Charles "Bill" W. Haas of Celina, passed away at the age of 84, on Monday, May 24, 2021 at Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born on January 24, 1937 in Celina to the late Rudolph and Lela (Howell) Haas. On June 28, 1976 he married Sharon Jeanne (Mayo) Haas and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include three stepchildren, Alan (Tami) Kuether, Montezuma, Scott (Diane) Kuether, Celina and Amy (Kevin) Wilson, Celina; two sisters, Judy (Marvin) McIntosh, Celina and Helen (Mike) Homan, St. Marys; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Bill is also preceded in death by three sisters, Phyllis Heiby, Connie Hawk and Jane Cunningham.
After graduating from Celina High School in 1956, Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Huffy Bicycle Company after thirty years of employment. He was a member of American Legion Post #210 in Celina.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
Due to restrictions of the Covid-19 virus, we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Grand Lake Hospice and/or Animal Protection League of Mercer County.
