Docks along West Bank Road on Grand Lake are battered by choppy waves and strong winds on Thursday. Mercer County Emergency Management Agency Director Mike Robbins said wind gusts had been expected to reach 50 mph Thursday night. Gusts reaching 30 mph were expected today, he said.
