* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ethel Jutte

Ethel Marie Jutte, 94, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at The Gardens at St. Henry.

She was born on October 9, 1926, in Fort Recovery, to the late Leo and Veronica (Hoening) Faller. Ethel married Albert Jutte on February 18, 1947. Albert passed away on August 17, 2007.

Ethel is survived by her daughter, Joan (Tom) Lamm of Fort Recovery; her daughter-in-law, Carol Jutte of Fort Recovery; her grandchildren, Tom (Bethany) Jutte, Steve (Brandy) Jutte, John (Jessica) Jutte, Ryan (Carrie) Lamm, Nicole (Roger) Heitkamp, and Eric (Lindsey) Lamm; her 14 great grandchildren with one on the way in September; her sisters, Ruth Ann Cross, Virginia "Ginny" Schwieterman, and Kathleen Faller; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Faller and Mary Faller.

In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Jutte; her sons, Jack Jutte and Jim Jutte; her siblings, Edwin "Buss" (Agnes) Faller, Harold "Boots" (Jeanette) Faller, Richard "Fritz" Faller, and James Faller; her brothers-in-law, Robert Cross and Dennis Schwieterman; her in-laws, Alfred (Ginny) Jutte, Ralph (Sally) Jutte, Frances (Adolph) Knapke, Loretta (Ollie) Braun, Florentine (Herb) Fiely, Johanna (Bill) Keller, Justin (Ray) Bader, Mildred (Henry) Knoth, Johnnie (Luella and Joanne) Jutte.

Ethel was a homemaker for her entire life and enjoyed caring for her family. Ethel was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery and the Altar Sodality.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 1, 2021 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, 403 Sharpsburg Rd, Fort Recovery, Ohio 45846, with Father Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Fort Recovery.

For those who would prefer to join remotely, the Mass will be livestreamed at www.fortrecoverycatholics.org/streamspot/.

A private family visitation will take place at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Neurological Development.
