* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Marbaugh
Dorothy Joanne Marbaugh, 91, passed away at 6:45 p.m., Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Shane Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center near Rockford.
She was born on December 26, 1929, in Van Wert the daughter of the late Tschannen Franklin and Irma Genevieve (Baltzell) Marbaugh.
Family survivors include two nieces, Mary Ellen Mann of Arlington, Virginia and Ruth Ann Smith of Newark, Ohio; and two cousins, Charity High and Kim Harter.
Joanne was preceded in death by her sister, Louise Smith; a niece, Martha Jane Smith; and her most favorite cousin, Royce High.
Joanne was a 1947 graduate of the Ohio City-Liberty High School and attended Wright State University. She was a lifelong member of the Ohio City United Methodist Church where she served as treasurer and sang in the church choir for many years. She was the Executive Secretary and purchasing agent at the Van Wert County Board of Education retiring in 1985 after 32 years of service. She was a member of the Van Wert Women's Club. She often enjoyed Pokagon State Park in Indiana, walking the trails and sitting in the sun by the lake.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
