Joseph Goubeaux
Joseph Nicholas Goubeaux, 85, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born September 7, 1935, in Frenchtown, Ohio, to the late Theodore & Esther (Bulchur) Goubeaux.
  In Addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his wife Peggy (Mullenix) Goubeaux, whom he married on August 18, 1953.
Joseph was the youngest of 11 siblings, all preceded in death, Paul "Pete" Goubeaux, Robert Edward Goubeaux, Lewis Francis Goubeaux, Mary Edith Byram, Edgar Cletus Goubeaux, Thomas Homer Goubeaux, Luella Margueritte Parent, Jannette Lucy Simmons, Roger William Goubeaux, and Daniel Jerome Goubeaux.
  Joseph is survived by his Children, Daniel & Alice (Stammen) Goubeaux of Dawn, Ohio, Mark Goubeaux of Greenville, Scott & Lori (Smiley) Goubeaux of Greenville, and Cynthia Goubeaux of Dayton; his grandchildren, Justin Goubeaux of St Petersburg, Florida, Craig & Erica (Shahan) Goubeaux of Greenville, Nicholas & Melinda (Garza) Goubeaux of Celina, Ohio, and Lisa Goubeaux of Denver, Colorado; and his great grandchildren, Violet Goubeaux and Nicholas Goubeaux, both of Celina, Ohio.
  Joseph retired from Fram where he worked as a toolmaker for 25 years. He had a great passion for the Stock Market and admired Lee Iacocca, Marty Zweig and Louis Rukeyser.
Joe had a true love for poetry and would often recite passages on a whim. One of his favorite poets was Edgar Allen Poe. "And the fever called Living / is conquered at last" - Poe
  The family will be having a private service in Joseph's memory.
  Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice, 1350 N. Broadway Street, Greenville, Ohio 45331.
  Joseph's family has entrusted Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus, with his final arrangements.
