* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Joseph J. Hartings
Joseph J. Hartings, age 65, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born on August 25, 1955 in Celina to the late Wilfred and Idaleen (Sutter) Hartings.
On October 14, 1983 he married Nancy (Schilling) Hartings who survives at the residence in Celina.
Joe is also survived by his children, Alan Hartings, Celina, Carley Hartings, Columbus and Will Hartings, Mooresville, North Carolina; two brothers, Jim (Sherry) Hartings, Vandalia, Ohio and Robert (Lois) Hartings, Piqua, Ohio; a sister, Carolyn (David) Bates, Brookville, Ohio.
Joe was a 1973 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He co-owned and operated H and H construction specializing in concrete. In 2014 Joe retired from the Celina City Public Works department after 20 years of service.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus in Celina. He enjoyed waterfowl hunting, fishing and he always looked forward to the annual crappie fishing trip to Coldwater Michigan with his lifelong friends and second family "The Carr Boys" (Mark, Gary, Rex, and Chuck).
Funeral liturgy and celebration life services will begin at 11:00 am on Monday, January 25, 2021 in Cisco Funeral Home with Fr. Tim McFarland C.PP.S. officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Attendees are required to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the national concerns of COVID-19. Masks are required by attendees at visitation and memorial service.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
