* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Scott Neace
Scott Neace, age 48, of New Knoxville, passed away on December 27, 2020 at 2:21 pm at Grandview Hospital in Dayton.
He was born on August 22, 1972 in Dayton to Donnie Neace & Constance Jean (Whitney) Risch.
Scott is survived by his mother, Constance Jean Risch of New Knoxville; his children, Nicholas (Brook) Neace of Celina, Braidey Neace of Celina, and Natalie Neace of Celina; siblings, Donnie (Amy) Neace of New Knoxville and Teresa (Scott) Bambauer of New Knoxville; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donnie Neace and a sister, Lisa Neace.
Scott was self-employed, working in the towing and scrapping industry. He was a member of the Faith Alliance Church in New Bremen. Scott had a personality that always brought the best out of people. He enjoyed life to its fullest, enjoying every aspect of his life and he always brought the sunshine and joy to everyone he was around. Scott was well known for joking around and providing "belly buster" laughter to all. Fishing and cooking also brought joy to his life. Scott was devoted to God and loved his family, having the biggest heart and providing a positive outlook for all to enjoy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina. Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home, with Pastor Randy Christian officiating.
Attendees are required to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the national concerns of COVID-19. Masks are required by attendees at visitation and funeral.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Abounding Grace Ministries, directed to Sols Ministries.
