* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Raymond Allard
Raymond Allard, age 91 of Greenville passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at his daughter's home in rural Versailles.
He was born on May 13, 1929, the 4th child of 6 to Honore & Alice McGarvie Allard in Kenogami, Province of Canada. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Raymond is survived by two daughters, Natalie & Murry Brown, grandchildren, Paige & Lea of Coldlake, Alberta Canada and Julie & Mark Schmitmeyer Versailles; grandchildren & great-grandchildren, Jacqui & Doug Broering of Coldwater, their children Jack, Olivia, Claire, & Nicholas, Angela Sextro of Minster, her children Ava & Landon, Chris & Jill Schmitmeyer of Versailles, their children Jared, Alyssa, Jacob, Kara & Jase, Jill & Greg Albers of Maria Stein, their children Lyliah, Stella, Amelia, and Jamie & Jim Giere of Maria Stein, their children Victor & Maxon.
Raymond grew up in Northern New Brunswick, Canada and worked at a paper mill until his retirement in the mid 1980's. He loved to ride motorcycles, hunting, fishing & anything outdoors.
He was a kind, gentle soul & never knew a stranger. Raymond loved his grand & great grandkids and spending time with them was one of his greatest joys. He was a blessing to all who knew him & will be greatly missed.
A private memorial Mass at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star will be celebrated at a later date.
