Crews from Wellman Brothers Inc. of Coldwater remove the facade from the Lininger Bros. Big Bargain Building or "Old Millie" on Monday afternoon in Celina. Mercer County has received a $250,000 Ohio Department of Development Services Agency grant to help rehab the building.
