'He was made of snow, but he came to life one day'

A 6-foot-tall snowman greets visitors at 1416 James Drive in Celina on Tuesday. Local weatherman Dennis Howick reported the area received 1.9 inches of snow from the storm that passed through Monday and into Tuesday morning.
