* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donna Link
Donna May Link, age 56, of Mendon, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at the James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born July 28, 1964, in Mercer County. Donna's father, Donald Miller, is deceased, and her mother, Eva Miller, survives in Celina.
Donna married Jerold Kenneth Link on June 20, 1987. He survives, along with two sisters and a brother: Vickie (Emerson) Burkheimer of Mercer, Deb (Denny) Barrett of Celina, and Ron (Kassie) Miller of Columbus, as well as three nieces & a nephew, and many great nieces & nephews.
She was a graduate of Parkway High School. Donna was a packer at Tuway American Group in Rockford, where she had been employed for 32 years.
She was a member of the Lord's Abounding Grace Church in Celina. Donna enjoyed baking cookies for family and friends.
A Private Visitation and Prayer Service will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Rick Brosher officiating.  
Memorial Contributions may be made to The Cancer Association of Mercer County.
